Depending where you are in the World, during checkout you will be given the relevent availble options to choose for your country. Our system will automaticatically detect which shipping options are availble to you and offer these on checkout. 

To qualify for free worldwide delivery a minimum spend of £30 is required.

Questions about the delivery and shipping of your item.

We have a policy in place for delivery to ensure all orders are received by the customer. We understand sometimes you are in a rush when placing an order on line but in order to receive your item in a timely fashion we ask that you check the following during ordering and when waiting for your item to be delivered. During ordering Please ensure that every part of information is entered correctly into the system and do not abbreviate any part of your address and always include the country you live in the address, we ship items all over the world and there are many streets that have the same name separated only by the correct postal or zip code and country ensuring this is correct will mean you receive your amazing item quickly and in perfect condition. After your order is placed and shipped. We will send you an email to explain that your order is on the way to you, please give this email attention as not only does it include information about your delivery but may include certain promotions and discount codes for you as a thank you for shopping with us. If in the unlikely event that you have not received your item in the time frame expected please ensure to check the following:

1. Your delivery address is correct on your account or order confirmation (we are not responsible for typing errors you may have made during checkout)

2. Has your delivery courier or postman left a card explaining that delivery was attempted? If so there will be information on this card for which local depot your item has been taken to.

3. Have you designated a “safe place” with your regular courier or postman for the item to be left if you are not in (This is only applicable if you have pre-arranged through Very Glamour ladies or the courier company a safe place, we do not in any circumstance allow your item to be left anywhere but your address unless we have received prior consent from you)

4.You will only pay 1 shipping cost (If you do not qualify for free shipping, meaning you pay per total order not per item.

5. Items where customers ask for an order to be placed in a "safe place" is the buyers responsibility and we are not accountable for the item if this request is made, special delivery items cannot be left in a safe place as a signiture is required.

6. If you are not home and the item cannot be delivered a card will be left letting you know that the item is at your local depot, it is the customers responsibility to collect this item or arrange for it to be re-delivered.

We never use “economy services” as this can delay your order. We pride ourselves on one of the quickest companies in the industry for delivering your item. We will even send you an email to let you know your item is being carefully prepared as soon as we receive your order. Orders in the evenings and weekends will be processed the following working day. Please note that we can't predict delays due to weather or traffic conditions. That could potentially result in a delay or late delivery so we just ask for your patience in the unlikely event that happens! 

How quickly after receiving my payment do you send my order?

Very soon! We process orders as soon as we receive it translated as soon as payment clears from you. Payment is normally cleared immediately if using a credit or debit card, however if you are using a PayPal account and your account draws money from your linked bank account or credit card it processes as an echeque which will mean the echeque has to clear before we process the order. We endeavour to ship all orders the same working day they are placed, providing this is before 2pm.

Delivery times above are an esitmate and we cannot allow for extreme circumstances such as weather or delays out of our hands.

Double checking

We ask you double check that all information is correct on your address and you include the country the item is being shipped to. Please put all addresses in full and do not abbreviate any part of the address to ensure that items are received as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for delays due to customer error.
